I want you to know that I’ve been exactly where you are now—frustrated by mysterious symptoms and, frankly, a bit disappointed in the medical professionals who failed to fully resolve them. Sitting in the chair of vulnerability is hard, I know. But together, in a safe and validating space, we will create a plan to get to the root of your unwanted symptoms and imbalances so that you can finally start healing the way we were always intended to. From within.
As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Licensed Nutritional Therapist Practitioner, my approach blends scientific evidence and functional methods to help you reclaim your energy, balance, and overall sense of wellness. Backed by testing and rooted in a holistic approach, my intention is to look at the whole person—your unique physiology, genetics, emotions, and most importantly, your precious history.
My passion lies in helping individuals reach their wellness goals through the development of realistic, custom-tailored pathways. The road that has led me to this work is deeply personal—I’ve navigated health challenges with my two-year-old son from the time of his birth while also dealing with my own hormone and gut health complications along the way. In the thick of our family’s struggle, I searched high and low for a practitioner who would take the time to understand the full scope of our story and offer a personalized approach to healing. When I didn’t find the person I hoped for, I decided to become the advocate we needed instead.
